Chris D’Agostino is a seasoned professional with 40+ years of experience in the restaurant industry. His journey began in the kitchen, where he gained hands-on expertise before advancing his craft through formal culinary training. Chris apprenticed under renowned chefs whose mentorship equipped him with the knowledge and resilience to navigate the complexities of professional cooking. This immersive experience enabled him to master a variety of cuisines and develop a distinctive culinary style.
Chris ascended through key kitchen roles throughout his career, from line cook to sous chef and eventually executive chef. His passion for the restaurant business later led him to explore front-of-house (FOH) operations, where he progressed from waiter to Chief Operating Officer. This dual perspective—spanning both BOH and FOH—gives Chris a unique ability to understand and address the challenges faced by restaurant owners.
Today, Chris is dedicated to leveraging his extensive industry expertise to help restaurant businesses thrive. Combining his culinary mastery and operational insight, he empowers business owners to optimize efficiency, enhance guest experiences, and drive profitability.

A seasoned industry expert with over 30 years of experience working operationally in restaurants. Scott has managed multiple locations and has an eye for inefficiencies, helping restaurants streamline their operations and maximize profits.
Throughout his career, Scott has worked with some of the biggest names in the restaurant industry, developing a deep understanding o what it takes to succeed in this competitive field.Â
MEET ANNE
With over 20 years experience, Anne has focused her career on becoming the leading expert in hospitality industry tax and accounting.Â
As the daughter of a life-long entrepreneur, Anne set created The Largo Group based on the fundamental ideal that monthly accounting and tax services could be done in a more efficient way.Â
This concept transformed to WEEKLY accounting during the Covid 19 pandemic, and since 2020 Anne and the Largo Group Team have made it their mission to inspire and educate hospitality industry leaders so that they maintain control of their operations on a daily basis.Â
Anne's ultimate goal is to turn her client's dreams into reality, and help them build long term wealth through building a brand in the hospitality space.Â
When not working on accounting and tax projects, Anne is the proud mother of James and Fraser, and loving wife of Steve. Anne's favorite hobbies are family golf rounds and long walks in the woods with her dog, Jackson.
